It is the combination of my God-given special powers and the proven techniques of our world's greatest leaders that allows me to elevate the influential power of those who seek to become more successful and effective in their daily walk of life.

Teaching the advantages of establishing Cultural Diversity within groups and organizations is also one of my special powers. I have over 30 years of helping educate state agencies, school districts, and the private sector in cultural diversity.

Engineer/Entrepreneur

I am a certified Civil Engineer and a self-admitted serial entrepreneur! I love the thrill of business startups, and developing ideas into profitable enterprises. In my lifetime, I have probably had over 50 small to large businesses.

I currently own a licensed auto body shop, an energy efficiency consulting business, an engineering consulting agency, a marketing agency, and a natural health product business. But my current entrepreneurial focus is developing strategies for success in the industrial sector.
