Welcome to my Industry Group directory! This is a community comprised of industry professionals that I stay in close contact with. I have worked closely with many of these facilities over the years, and have developed great relationships with a variety of extremely talented leaders.
There is so much to benefit and gain from when we communicate and leverage one another’s knowledge. I am here to help everyone on this list to stay informed with changing times, and to encourage the interaction and communication between the members of the list.

Steeelville Manufacturing Company was founded in 1959 and is a contract machine shop specializing in milling, turning, waterjet cutting, and specialty coatings. They specialize in contract work for small metal parts, and they are a preferred supplier to a very noteworthy aerospace manufacturing company in St. Louis. Steelville Manufacturing employs over 200 people in the Steelville area.

Polymeric Group is a technology-based ink manufacturer specializing in industrial print applications offering a diverse portfolio of UV, LED, solvent and water-based inks and coatings. Architectural Systems, Inc. was founded by Scott Beckwith & Charlie Locher in 1998 with over 60 years of combined industry experience. They are a a full service fabrication and engineering company with locations in Monett, Aurora, and Granby Missouri.

City of Independence, Water Pollution Control
The City of Independence Rock Creek Treatment Plant was constructed in 1978. This municipal plant serves a large, densely populated area and runs 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The plant was designed to handle 10 million gallons per day and a peak daily flow of 18.8 million gallons. Karla Pierce serves as the current Environmental Services Manager for the plant.

Manchester Packaging Company
Manchester Packaging was founded in 1969 with the goal of providing their customers with quality economical packaging for a variety of business uses. They have the unique capability of producing a 3-layer co-extruded polyethylene film which offers advantages that mono-layer film alone cannot. SPMF was founded in 1979 with only 5 employees. The company has grown to over 100 employees at the current date, and boasts a facility of over 70,000 square feet that provides contract spray coatings for miscellaneous metal parts. SMPF serves clients including Boeing, Lockheed, Cessna, Honda, Northrop Grumman and many more. The facility is located at 995 North Service Road West, Sullivan MO, 63080.
